Our studio is a tuition-based program. Similar to a school, your tuition secures a fixed, recurring slot on our master calendar. This reservation covers the dedicated time of your instructor. Because this time is committed exclusively to your family for the semester, we do not offer refunds, credits, or rollovers for absences.

At the heart of this policy is our commitment to our instructors. By maintaining a stable, predictable schedule, we are able to retain the elite faculty you know and love in a sustainable teaching position.

24-Hour Notice: I understand that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to be added to the Reschedule List. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited.

No Guarantees: I understand that because instructors operate on fixed driving routes, alternative weekday slots are a rare bonus and never guaranteed.
