Fall Enrollment FAQ's

August will be here before you know it and so we wanted to send you a quick reminder for Fall Enrollment. Because New Song Music Academy primarily provides lessons in private residences, the logistics of instructors arriving in certain neighborhoods with traffic patterns is a very detailed endeavor and takes planning to a whole new level.

 

Q: What is the best way for me to share availability?

A: Share all days & times you are available

Mondays from 3:15 - 7:30 pm

Tuesdays from 3:45 - 7:30 pm

Wednesdays 4:30 - 6:00 pm

Thursdays after 1 pm before 6

Slots for the fall are quite limited, so offering only Tuesdays at 4 might make it challenging to find an open spot.

 

Q: I don't know my fall activities yet. Can I reserve a time now and change it later as Fall get's closer?

A: No, all lesson time changes will result in a $45 change fee after the initial lesson time has been confirmed. It's better to wait until you know your defined schedule to prevent.

 

Q: Why are lesson slots so competitive?

A: Short answer? Because New Song is amazing! In all seriousness, we operate on a waiting list year round and since we are booking one-on-one sessions, there is always limited availability in comparison to a group activity.
